The Rally Point

The Citadel's off-duty deck: a mess hall, a bloodwine still-turned-bar, and a ring where crews settle scores the Fleet doesn't have time to mediate. Betting is heavy. Officers pretend not to notice.

Maintenance

Consumed continuously to keep the facility running. Starve it and it degrades.

SuppliedBloodwine flows freely, the ration lines move fast, and the fighting ring below draws a packed, roaring crowd betting on whoever's left standing. Morale is as high as the noise level.
StarvedBut the bloodwine casks have run dry and the mess hall is serving recycled protein paste. The ring still runs, but the crowds have thinned — nobody bets on an empty stomach.

Upgrade Chain

The Rally Point has no upgrade path — it is built once, at this level.

Lore

The Rally Point occupies the Citadel's lowest habitable deck, close enough to the forges that the mess hall doubles as an unofficial furnace-testing floor. Crimson Bloodwine is poured straight from the Fleet Forge Distillery's runoff line, and Ironhearth's ration blocks are reheated in bulk rather than plated — nobody here mistakes function for luxury. What draws the crowds is the ring: a shielded pit where off-duty crews settle disputes, run sparring exhibitions, and bet obscene sums on the outcome. Command tolerates it because a crew that's already fought each other fights less among itself in the field. The betting pool is technically illegal. The betting pool has never once been shut down.
