Accumulator

The Accumulator-class was designed by the same Federation accounting department that produces all their best ships. Enormous intake scoops channel gas into compression tanks that store collected gas at densities other empires' safety regulators would reject. One thousand twenty cargo capacity carries both raw and compressed gas — the Federation hauls everything and lets the station-side brokers sort out pricing. Unarmed because guns don't generate revenue. The Accumulator doesn't care about purity or processing — it cares about volume, and it has more of it than anyone.
