Radioactive materials have a sensor signature. The Attenuation-class was built to solve this. Lead-composite cargo bays reduce outward radiation scatter to ambient levels. Void-dampened drives reduce propulsion emissions to figures that don't appear in any published specification. Hull geometries produce radar returns that scanner classification systems log as background interference rather than a vessel. The practical result is a ship carrying some of the most detectable cargo in known space that registers, reliably, as a calibration error. The Attenuation's transit routes are not filed. Cargo logs are not available under any clearance level.
