The Bad Influence takes the Rim approach to electronic warfare: if you can't outgun them, confuse them until they outgun themselves. Built on a racing chassis with an absurd amount of processing power crammed into every spare cavity, it's fast enough to stay at jamming range and smart enough to make enemy targeting systems deeply unreliable. Rim EW doctrine can be summarized as "make the other guy's day worse."
