The Iron Fleet-class is what happens when the Crimson Pact decides that a carrier should also survive the battle it arrives at. Sixteen hundred hull points make it the most durable frame at its tier — it was built to hold position while taking fire. Thirty bay slots deploy up to three combat cruisers directly into the engagement, and three autocannon batteries provide covering fire while they launch. The Pact's strategic doctrine calls this "force multiplication." Enemy commanders call it "that's three more ships than we expected." Both descriptions are accurate.
