Speed 5 on a medium hull. The Probable Cause represents the Outer Rim's finest tradition of solving every problem by going faster. Named by a pilot who pointed out that "existing near a Probable Cause is itself probable cause for a customs inspection," these ships run blockades, deliver contraband, carry diplomatic pouches, and generally make border authorities very unhappy. The fuel reserves support indirect routes through systems nobody patrols because nobody expected anyone to go there.
