Qualia

Qualia — the subjective qualities of conscious experience. The Voidborn chose this name for their deep exploration vessel because it does not merely survey. It persists. Layered shields regenerate under fire, the cloaking system defeats targeting locks, and the scan-resistant hull reveals little to hostile scanners. The Qualia is built for lawless space where other scouts become wreckage — unarmed, because its survival strategy is not to fight but to simply not be where the weapons land. Pilots who fly the Qualia into dangerous space tend to come back. They also tend to come back quiet.
