Quorum

The Quorum-class cruiser was designed by consensus, which in the Confederacy means it took four years and three redesigns. The result is a ship that does everything well and nothing brilliantly — exactly as the seventeen-member design committee intended. The balanced loadout supports fleet roles from patrol to escort to independent operations. Every system has a backup, every backup has documentation, and every document has been reviewed by at least two committees.
