The Remedy-class diagnoses ship malfunctions the way a Solarian physician diagnoses patients: exhaustively, with multiple independent verification methods, and with a written report afterward. Five utility slots accommodate repair drones, welding arrays, and material fabrication systems. The diagnostic CPU identifies structural failures down to the molecular level. Field-repaired vessels are issued a "Certificate of Provisional Airworthiness" that somehow manages to be both reassuring and ominous.
