Workhorse

Locked: prestige hull reserved for members of a faction that has earned the "Lean Operation" achievement.

A lean operation cannot afford a dedicated hull for every task, so the Workhorse does three. It carries a mining laser, a real hold, and a scanner, runs cheap on fuel, and stretches a cargo bay further than its size suggests. It is not the best miner, the best hauler, or the best scout — a specialist beats it at each — but a specialist sits idle between jobs, and the Workhorse never does. Issued to crews small enough that everyone aboard is expected to do a little of everything, and large enough to have earned the right to do it well.
