Onboard H2O2 Refinery

A self-contained electrolysis-and-combustion unit that passively converts water ice in the hold directly into tank fuel. It skips the entire station refining chain and wastes most of the ice — a lifeline for long-range explorers, but far too inefficient for industrial fuel production.
