Set Ballast Glass

Skip the lead-oxide melt entirely: a bulwark's ballast plate is already dense lead sheet, so a thin silica charge fuses straight against it into a clear, radiation-dense pane. A ranch's plate output substitutes for the six raw lead the old flux route burns.
